I like the owner, don't think of her as surly or mean, she is very nice and charming. She is, however, brusque and no-nonsense, because she has little time for drunken mumpitz. I love the German beers on tap and the appropriate 'stemware', or "glassware" as beer geeks are wont. Haven't found a place quite like it, and that means it get props. I have not had the entrees, only the pretzles, which were great to shove into my waiting, inebriated maw. This place has a fun atmosphere, outdoor seating on Lake Ave., and what appears to be a beer-fare driven menu. If you are looking to dine there, expect to wait intermittently, and don't get too excited when you have to. Beer is on the menu foremost, and food is the oft ignored little bruder. If you need beer drinking culinary support, you will find it eventually. Tighten up your Lederhosen (gird your loins), and drink a pretty good selection of interesting German biers. My rating is for providing Lake Worth with a little liquid slice of Der Vaterland.

I was at Little Munich during Art Walk hoping to get something small and a few beers. The whole experience took well over 2.5 hours to complete. It took well over 45 minutes to make fries. We requested a sauce for our meal, the waitress came by several times and asked if we received it, we never did the entire meal. All our meals came out at separate times. We asked for a box to wrap the leftovers in, we never received a box and were forced to wrap the leftovers in napkins and carry the paper plate our food came on. When we asked the waitress what the differences were in the meats on the menu she had no idea. Our waitress couldn't remember what we all ordered had to come by twice to be reminded. Then at the end we waited 30 minutes to get our check. We actually asked a separate waitress for our check cause it was taking so long. Frustrated I laid out the correct amount of cash for the bill refusing to use a card cause it might have taken even longer. I most likely will not return to Little Munich in the future. On a plus side the beer was fast.

This place is one of my favorite hangouts. It is almost always staffed by the owner Gabby. They have a nice selection on the menu which is mainly German food. My two favorites are the burgers which are very thick and juicy and the buffalo wings. Although these are not German foods, they are very delicious. There is also a pool table which causes us to wind up staying for hours. Call ahead of time and you may even catch karaoke night. That's always entertaining.

I hate being a bitch but we were stopping in to fill our tummy desires from a long day of house shopping on the island and some of our party members were craving for German food and this was the only place I could find and trust other past Yelpers about this place. I was very unsatisfied and really wish I will have a much better experience next time. The rude looks people were giving us at the outdoor seating I didn't care very much but it was the awkward, toilet-went-wrong smell that really irritated and nauseated my organ senses when we entered and then we had to wait for a while for someone to notice us. But I really couldn't stand the smell and it was a kind of smell that does not mix well in food restaurant areas either. I don't know how other people in the restaurant and bar could handle that kind of smell but I really could not. Also, I was expecting more of a German-oriented menu then just the hamburgers, fries, regular sandwiches that you could get pretty much anywhere else or even a fast food place. Honestly, there weren't really any German signature dishes that popped out at me that drew me into this place. So sorry, Little Munich. Maybe next time we will both have a better and more pleasant smelling experience.

I love this little bar with all my heart. The owner and his wife are a fantastic little bavarian couple, and are always a joy to be around. You can walk in and order "ein mosse bitte" and actually get a litre of beer here as well. The prices are fantastic in addition. a litre of hell franziskaaner will run you 11 bucks. As someone who is still learning German, I really appreciate their willingness to work with you if you want to attempt to order in German as well.

I've hear great things about this place however we did not have a great experience. They were clearly understaffed and not able to accommodate large tables. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and the beer lines tasted clean which is a great ! But after we got our beer we never saw her again. Beware of the owner, a feisty German lady that scolds complaining customers. My weisswurst arrived lukewarm and tasted bland and mealy. The red cabbage was excellent and the beer great. I was sitting outside and when the waitress asked why I didn't finish I told her and since I was still hungry I ordered a chicken sandwich. She went inside and a minute later the owner appeared asking in a hostile tone, "vat's wrong with it? I told her and she said, "I told my waitress not to sell a weisswurst to people who don't know what it is," loud enough to turn heads as she disappeared. She came back with a check saying, I took the weisswurst off the bill!" I said, "I didn't ask for that...where is the chicken sandwich I ordered?" She shot back, "I am not selling you anything, you should have said something earlier and not eaten so much before complaining." After she disappeared inside the people at the table next to me laughed out loud, and told me that I was punished because I didn't order the Schnitzl. This German lady could learn something from the Chinese saying: "If you can't smile you shouldn't open a store."

Let me start by saying, we are from out of town. So similar to the other guy, we moseyed on over after some time spent at Brogues... we were trying to have a drink at multiple spots, so when we saw there was a german bar, my bf decided it was a must. This was probably the most entertaining night of our stay. It was Sunday, so there was maybe 6 of us in the whole bar, which was great bc we had everything we needed drinks and food wise. It was the end of the night, so i only opted for the cider. which is an easy like. We also felt the need to try the pretzels... I would say they are not worth it. Esp if you typically "watch your figure". Not much better than a "super pretzel". But I also prefer Philly soft pretzels and we have been to a German bar in Philadelphia where the prices are outrageous, but they also serve some of the best pretzels ive ever had. It was Karaoke night, or they were just bored bc no one else was in... 2 or 3 of them rotated and sang some oldies. Definitely a slightly off-kilter crew but, man, they were enjoying themselves. So, we hung around to do the same. We stayed much longer than I thought my bf would be willing to, I couldnt resist forcing him into a round of pool with me.

I had high hopes for this place based on all the stellar reviews, but I have to say that I have had MUCH better German food than this. I ordered the Jager Schnitzel on the recommendation of our server because it "is really popular." What came out (50 min later) was some kind of pan-seared flat and grisly meat that was drowned in a wannabe gravy and some limp noodles. And you know how I hate limp noodles. JP enjoyed the sauerbraten, which I must say was a FAR sight tastier than the gray goo they served me. Undeterred we moved on to dessert. A walnut strudel and apple strudel arrived, dusted with powdered sugar. The "homemade" apple catastrophe feature bits of fruit that literally had the taste stewed right out of them. The walnut strudel was tasty, but not worth the calories. Little Munich, your sad gravied limp noodles and flat meat were a disappointment, and the over-stewed strudel left us wondering if you are a one note with your sauerbraten. Little Munich,.... *dramatic pause* .... you're in. But just barely. You can leave the runway.

I love the feel of this place. It's a near perfect mix of bar and restaurant. The food is authentic. The owners, cook, and waitress are Germans, which adds a lot to the ambiance and genuine feel of this little place stuck in the midst of downtown Lake Worth. We love the hot pretzels. If you love German food like I do, you'll be a fan as well. The only downside is that I wish they had better German beers. I'm not a fan of those they have on tap. Otherwise, I give this place two thumbs up if you are looking for a hearty meal or just a good time. Try to go when they have live German music. After a few beers you'll be singing along even if you don't speak German!

RUTH! :D That's the name of the wonderful bartender I encountered at Little Munich on Saturday evening - she's SUCH a gem. My group of three entered LM at about 11:30ish and sat at the bar... we were greeted with a genuine smile & offered food if we were hungry. Ruth helped my sister pick a draft beer (and they both happened to have similar tastes!), gave my boyfriend a blackberry whiskey, and myself a 'Beam & Coke. Prices were extremely fair! The bar itself is off to the right, dining room is in the middle, and there is a pool table ($1.25 per game) on the immediate left; they have a digital jukebox in the back. We hung around at Little Munich for close to an hour and a half, and really it's because of Ruth! (Okay, the bar was legitimately empty and we liked having the place to ourselves. Personal service!) Their pretzels are super delicious... warm and great to soak up the alcohol swimming around in your stomach. You have to stop by one evening and give them a shot - or take a shot...! Cheers!

My husband and I went last night and the food was delicious. We were apprehensive since there wasn't many people eating there, but when the food came out we were very happy. They have a wonderful selection of beers and the bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. They need some more yelp reviews. Come on yelper's support good restaurants by writing reviews. Good businesses need recognition.

I was at Little Munich during Art Walk hoping to get something small and a few beers. The whole experience took well over 2.5 hours to complete. It took well over 45 minutes to make fries. We requested a sauce for our meal, the waitress came by several times and asked if we received it, we never did the entire meal. All our meals came out at separate times. We asked for a box to wrap the leftovers in, we never received a box and were forced to wrap the leftovers in napkins and carry the paper plate our food came on. When we asked the waitress what the differences were in the meats on the menu she had no idea. Our waitress couldn't remember what we all ordered had to come by twice to be reminded. Then at the end we waited 30 minutes to get our check. We actually asked a separate waitress for our check cause it was taking so long. Frustrated I laid out the correct amount of cash for the bill refusing to use a card cause it might have taken even longer. I most likely will not return to Little Munich in the future. On a plus side the beer was fast.

Beware of the owner, a feisty German lady that scolds complaining customers. My weisswurst arrived lukewarm and tasted bland and mealy. The red cabbage was excellent and the beer great. I was sitting outside and when the waitress asked why I didn't finish I told her and since I was still hungry I ordered a chicken sandwich. She went inside and a minute later the owner appeared asking in a hostile tone, "vat's wrong with it? I told her and she said, "I told my waitress not to sell a weisswurst to people who don't know what it is," loud enough to turn heads as she disappeared. She came back with a check saying, I took the weisswurst off the bill!" I said, "I didn't ask for that...where is the chicken sandwich I ordered?" She shot back, "I am not selling you anything, you should have said something earlier and not eaten so much before complaining." After she disappeared inside the people at the table next to me laughed out loud, and told me that I was punished because I didn't order the Schnitzl. This German lady could learn something from the Chinese saying: "If you can't smile you shouldn't open a store."

Be careful in this neighborhood at night. Nice little bar that serves food. Food was just ok. Our waitress was sweet and...friendly. The entertainer the evening we were there was...Jacqie Q... a transgender karaoke fellow. Sings and dances too. Would not be a place to bring our guests or the kids. Not really a german restaurant...but more of a bar that serves some german food. The German beers were fabulous....and on tap.

I enjoyed this place. The food was good and the beers were too... I always love me some Franziskaner. (Thank you to my dear friend Andy for the introduction to that beer.) The service was friendly too! I only wish that they had spatzel with bacon and cheese.

I'm not sure how the food is since I only have consumed alcohol here. It's cheap and a great place to get together if there is a large crowd involved. It must be German beer or the franks that people rave about here that keeps this place going.

I love the feel of this place. It's a near perfect mix of bar and restaurant. The food is authentic. The owners, cook, and waitress are Germans, which adds a lot to the ambiance and genuine feel of this little place stuck in the midst of downtown Lake Worth. We love the hot pretzels. If you love German food like I do, you'll be a fan as well. The only downside is that I wish they had better German beers. I'm not a fan of those they have on tap. Otherwise, I give this place two thumbs up if you are looking for a hearty meal or just a good time. Try to go when they have live German music. After a few beers you'll be singing along even if you don't speak German!

I'm giving this place 4 stars because it's one of the only German restaurants in the area. Their sausages are really good. They have a nice beer selection. The outdoor seating is nice. I think this is the best place in downtown Lake Worth.

Stopped here on a rainy evening to grab an apfel strudel and coffee. Coffee was hot and the strudel was warm. We were served a generous portion with ice cream. The menu looked interesting.

I stopped in here for a quick beer and pretzel following a far more extended visit at Brogues. A pleasant lady who spoke with a subtle accent (presumably German) took my order from behind the bar. I ordered a Warsteiner along with a pretzel. The beer was fine, but I was underwhelmed by the pretzel. The Biergarten in Boca has set the bar so high with respect to its pretzel that it'll be difficult for other places to measure up -- both in size and quality. The pretzel at Little Munich didn't taste homemade. I snuck in a slice of apple strudel (saddled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream), which wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. I will return. I want to taste German entrées on the menu, and they also have a rich stock of beers that I would be interested in sampling. *** UPDATE *** I returned and ordered the weiner-schnitzel, and it came accompanied with German Potato Salad and a very cold Spatan draught. Very good.

I like the owner, don't think of her as surly or mean, she is very nice and charming. She is, however, brusque and no-nonsense, because she has little time for drunken mumpitz. I love the German beers on tap and the appropriate 'stemware', or "glassware" as beer geeks are wont. Haven't found a place quite like it, and that means it get props. I have not had the entrees, only the pretzles, which were great to shove into my waiting, inebriated maw. This place has a fun atmosphere, outdoor seating on Lake Ave., and what appears to be a beer-fare driven menu. If you are looking to dine there, expect to wait intermittently, and don't get too excited when you have to. Beer is on the menu foremost, and food is the oft ignored little bruder. If you need beer drinking culinary support, you will find it eventually. Tighten up your Lederhosen (gird your loins), and drink a pretty good selection of interesting German biers. My rating is for providing Lake Worth with a little liquid slice of Der Vaterland.

This place is one of my favorite hangouts. It is almost always staffed by the owner Gabby. They have a nice selection on the menu which is mainly German food. My two favorites are the burgers which are very thick and juicy and the buffalo wings. Although these are not German foods, they are very delicious. There is also a pool table which causes us to wind up staying for hours. Call ahead of time and you may even catch karaoke night. That's always entertaining.

This place was nothing but amazing! The overall atmosphere and the work they put in to the interior decorating was highly impressive. We were out here on vacation from California and enjoyed the ambiance and our awesome bartender Ruth. Ruth was highly knowledgeable on all the German beers and liquors! She has this amazing German Apple Pie shot that is just to die for!! Her personality made us feel welcome the second we walked in when other bars we went to made us feel like outsiders! We recommend this place to anyone! We can not wait to go back again!

I hate being a bitch but we were stopping in to fill our tummy desires from a long day of house shopping on the island and some of our party members were craving for German food and this was the only place I could find and trust other past Yelpers about this place. I was very unsatisfied and really wish I will have a much better experience next time. The rude looks people were giving us at the outdoor seating I didn't care very much but it was the awkward, toilet-went-wrong smell that really irritated and nauseated my organ senses when we entered and then we had to wait for a while for someone to notice us. But I really couldn't stand the smell and it was a kind of smell that does not mix well in food restaurant areas either. I don't know how other people in the restaurant and bar could handle that kind of smell but I really could not. Also, I was expecting more of a German-oriented menu then just the hamburgers, fries, regular sandwiches that you could get pretty much anywhere else or even a fast food place. Honestly, there weren't really any German signature dishes that popped out at me that drew me into this place. So sorry, Little Munich. Maybe next time we will both have a better and more pleasant smelling experience.

I love this little bar with all my heart. The owner and his wife are a fantastic little bavarian couple, and are always a joy to be around. You can walk in and order "ein mosse bitte" and actually get a litre of beer here as well. The prices are fantastic in addition. a litre of hell franziskaaner will run you 11 bucks. As someone who is still learning German, I really appreciate their willingness to work with you if you want to attempt to order in German as well.

I've hear great things about this place however we did not have a great experience. They were clearly understaffed and not able to accommodate large tables. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and the beer lines tasted clean which is a great ! But after we got our beer we never saw her again. German biers! -nuff said! it has a nice typical kitschy south german decor [ think ornate dark wood, cuckoo clocks etc] more than a few proper german biers with accompanying glass [that is very german] and after watching the staff get regularly battered by drunks yelling, weinerschnitzel and hassenpfiefer and the few other german words they know...I can appreciate the owners cool reception [very german as well] never had the food, love the beer!

Let me start by saying, we are from out of town. So similar to the other guy, we moseyed on over after some time spent at Brogues... we were trying to have a drink at multiple spots, so when we saw there was a german bar, my bf decided it was a must. This was probably the most entertaining night of our stay. It was Sunday, so there was maybe 6 of us in the whole bar, which was great bc we had everything we needed drinks and food wise. It was the end of the night, so i only opted for the cider. which is an easy like. We also felt the need to try the pretzels... I would say they are not worth it. Esp if you typically "watch your figure". Not much better than a "super pretzel". But I also prefer Philly soft pretzels and we have been to a German bar in Philadelphia where the prices are outrageous, but they also serve some of the best pretzels ive ever had. It was Karaoke night, or they were just bored bc no one else was in... 2 or 3 of them rotated and sang some oldies. Definitely a slightly off-kilter crew but, man, they were enjoying themselves. So, we hung around to do the same. We stayed much longer than I thought my bf would be willing to, I couldnt resist forcing him into a round of pool with me.

I had high hopes for this place based on all the stellar reviews, but I have to say that I have had MUCH better German food than this. I ordered the Jager Schnitzel on the recommendation of our server because it "is really popular." What came out (50 min later) was some kind of pan-seared flat and grisly meat that was drowned in a wannabe gravy and some limp noodles. And you know how I hate limp noodles. JP enjoyed the sauerbraten, which I must say was a FAR sight tastier than the gray goo they served me. Undeterred we moved on to dessert. A walnut strudel and apple strudel arrived, dusted with powdered sugar. The "homemade" apple catastrophe feature bits of fruit that literally had the taste stewed right out of them. The walnut strudel was tasty, but not worth the calories. Little Munich, your sad gravied limp noodles and flat meat were a disappointment, and the over-stewed strudel left us wondering if you are a one note with your sauerbraten. Little Munich,.... *dramatic pause* .... you're in. But just barely. You can leave the runway.

This is place seems to be run as a hobby. The Weiner schnitzel ala hosten, the sausages, and strudel are great. They've stepped up the beer selection recently to include a great selection of German brews. The place is low on atmosphere and service is mediocre at best, but the schnitzel ala hosten is worth the it, even with the smell of vinegar so thick in the air

I usually get the sausage platter which comes with a side of the best potato salad i've ever had, mustard and a hot toasty pretzel. My husband really enjoys the wiener schnitzel here. Draft beer is warm, you can tell just from the way it is pouring. Air temp is uncomfortably warm too. Same old dank decor. Definitely in need of a bar rescue

RUTH! :D That's the name of the wonderful bartender I encountered at Little Munich on Saturday evening - she's SUCH a gem. My group of three entered LM at about 11:30ish and sat at the bar... we were greeted with a genuine smile & offered food if we were hungry. Ruth helped my sister pick a draft beer (and they both happened to have similar tastes!), gave my boyfriend a blackberry whiskey, and myself a 'Beam & Coke. Prices were extremely fair! The bar itself is off to the right, dining room is in the middle, and there is a pool table ($1.25 per game) on the immediate left; they have a digital jukebox in the back. We hung around at Little Munich for close to an hour and a half, and really it's because of Ruth! (Okay, the bar was legitimately empty and we liked having the place to ourselves. Personal service!) Their pretzels are super delicious... warm and great to soak up the alcohol swimming around in your stomach. You have to stop by one evening and give them a shot - or take a shot...! Cheers!

Love it!!!! First time there, and it was some great food (we BOTH had the chicken schnitzel) and a great German Beer. The place is a mix of Bar and Restaurant (pool-table, tables, Juke-box and Stage) with very casual outdoor seating. I guess it's ready to be all things to all patrons (I like it) Our server Gabby was awesome too - great lady, full on German accent and a great attitude with us. We love her. PS...the Hot German Potato salad is to die for. Wish we'd been there sooner, we will be back.!

The place is a mix of Bar and Restaurant (pool-table, tables, Juke-box and Stage) with very casual outdoor seating. I guess it's ready to be all things to all patrons (I like it) Our server Gabby was awesome too - great lady, full on German accent and a great attitude with us. We love her. PS...the Hot German Potato salad is to die for. Wish we'd been there sooner, we will be back.!

Stopped here on a rainy evening to grab an apfel strudel and coffee. Coffee was hot and the strudel was warm. We were served a generous portion with ice cream. The menu looked interesting.

The schnitzel and red cabbage are good. The Spaetzle are not homemade and not very good. Eat outside as the inside has a bad odor due to old carpet. Waiter Wayne was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped in here for a quick beer and pretzel following a far more extended visit at Brogues. A pleasant lady who spoke with a subtle accent (presumably German) took my order from behind the bar. I ordered a Warsteiner along with a pretzel. The beer was fine, but I was underwhelmed by the pretzel. The Biergarten in Boca has set the bar so high with respect to its pretzel that it'll be difficult for other places to measure up -- both in size and quality. The pretzel at Little Munich didn't taste homemade. I snuck in a slice of apple strudel (saddled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream), which wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. I will return. I want to taste German entrées on the menu, and they also have a rich stock of beers that I would be interested in sampling. *** UPDATE *** I returned and ordered the weiner-schnitzel, and it came accompanied with German Potato Salad and a very cold Spatan draught. Very good.

I like the owner, don't think of her as surly or mean, she is very nice and charming. She is, however, brusque and no-nonsense, because she has little time for drunken mumpitz. I love the German beers on tap and the appropriate 'stemware', or "glassware" as beer geeks are wont. Haven't found a place quite like it, and that means it get props. I have not had the entrees, only the pretzles, which were great to shove into my waiting, inebriated maw. This place has a fun atmosphere, outdoor seating on Lake Ave., and what appears to be a beer-fare driven menu. If you are looking to dine there, expect to wait intermittently, and don't get too excited when you have to. Beer is on the menu foremost, and food is the oft ignored little bruder. If you need beer drinking culinary support, you will find it eventually. Tighten up your Lederhosen (gird your loins), and drink a pretty good selection of interesting German biers. My rating is for providing Lake Worth with a little liquid slice of Der Vaterland.

This place is one of my favorite hangouts. It is almost always staffed by the owner Gabby. They have a nice selection on the menu which is mainly German food. My two favorites are the burgers which are very thick and juicy and the buffalo wings. Although these are not German foods, they are very delicious. There is also a pool table which causes us to wind up staying for hours. Call ahead of time and you may even catch karaoke night. That's always entertaining.

I've hear great things about this place however we did not have a great experience. They were clearly understaffed and not able to accommodate large tables. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and the beer lines tasted clean which is a great ! But after we got our beer we never saw her again. We waited 20 minutes with no one acknowledging our empty beers before we decided we would not stay for food. Maybe it was an under staffed off night but it was very off putting

German biers! -nuff said! it has a nice typical kitschy south german decor [ think ornate dark wood, cuckoo clocks etc] more than a few proper german biers with accompanying glass [that is very german] and after watching the staff get regularly battered by drunks yelling, weinerschnitzel and hassenpfiefer and the few other german words they know...I can appreciate the owners cool reception [very german as well] never had the food, love the beer!

We went here on Saturday night and really liked it. The service was good, beer selection was great, food was great. I shared the german sausage combo with a friend and we enjoyed it. The bratwurst was my favourite. The german potato salad was awesome. I'd go back just for that! Prices were good too. Overall, great little spot.

Let me start by saying, we are from out of town. So similar to the other guy, we moseyed on over after some time spent at Brogues... we were trying to have a drink at multiple spots, so when we saw there was a german bar, my bf decided it was a must. This was probably the most entertaining night of our stay. It was Sunday, so there was maybe 6 of us in the whole bar, which was great bc we had everything we needed drinks and food wise. It was the end of the night, so i only opted for the cider. which is an easy like. We also felt the need to try the pretzels... I would say they are not worth it. Esp if you typically "watch your figure". Not much better than a "super pretzel". But I also prefer Philly soft pretzels and we have been to a German bar in Philadelphia where the prices are outrageous, but they also serve some of the best pretzels ive ever had. It was Karaoke night, or they were just bored bc no one else was in... 2 or 3 of them rotated and sang some oldies. Definitely a slightly off-kilter crew but, man, they were enjoying themselves. So, we hung around to do the same. We stayed much longer than I thought my bf would be willing to, I couldnt resist forcing him into a round of pool with me.

Man, I really dig this place. Good selection of quality German brews and some damn fine food. The sausage platter with German potato salad is what I would recommend to newbies. The weiner schnitzel is awesome too. The owners are super-friendly. Great place for a hearty bite or just to drink like a manly man.

I had high hopes for this place based on all the stellar reviews, but I have to say that I have had MUCH better German food than this. I ordered the Jager Schnitzel on the recommendation of our server because it "is really popular." What came out (50 min later) was some kind of pan-seared flat and grisly meat that was drowned in a wannabe gravy and some limp noodles. And you know how I hate limp noodles. JP enjoyed the sauerbraten, which I must say was a FAR sight tastier than the gray goo they served me. Undeterred we moved on to dessert. A walnut strudel and apple strudel arrived, dusted with powdered sugar. The "homemade" apple catastrophe feature bits of fruit that literally had the taste stewed right out of them. The walnut strudel was tasty, but not worth the calories. Little Munich, your sad gravied limp noodles and flat meat were a disappointment, and the over-stewed strudel left us wondering if you are a one note with your sauerbraten. Little Munich,.... *dramatic pause* .... you're in. But just barely. You can leave the runway.

My husband and I went last night and the food was delicious. We were apprehensive since there wasn't many people eating there, but when the food came out we were very happy. They have a wonderful selection of beers and the bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly. They need some more yelp reviews. Come on yelper's support good restaurants by writing reviews. Good businesses need recognition.

I was at Little Munich during Art Walk hoping to get something small and a few beers. The whole experience took well over 2.5 hours to complete. It took well over 45 minutes to make fries. We requested a sauce for our meal, the waitress came by several times and asked if we received it, we never did the entire meal. All our meals came out at separate times. We asked for a box to wrap the leftovers in, we never received a box and were forced to wrap the leftovers in napkins and carry the paper plate our food came on. When we asked the waitress what the differences were in the meats on the menu she had no idea. Our waitress couldn't remember what we all ordered had to come by twice to be reminded. Then at the end we waited 30 minutes to get our check. We actually asked a separate waitress for our check cause it was taking so long. Frustrated I laid out the correct amount of cash for the bill refusing to use a card cause it might have taken even longer. I most likely will not return to Little Munich in the future. On a plus side the beer was fast.

Beware of the owner, a feisty German lady that scolds complaining customers. My weisswurst arrived lukewarm and tasted bland and mealy. The red cabbage was excellent and the beer great. I was sitting outside and when the waitress asked why I didn't finish I told her and since I was still hungry I ordered a chicken sandwich. She went inside and a minute later the owner appeared asking in a hostile tone, "vat's wrong with it? I told her and she said, "I told my waitress not to sell a weisswurst to people who don't know what it is," loud enough to turn heads as she disappeared. She came back with a check saying, I took the weisswurst off the bill!" I said, "I didn't ask for that...where is the chicken sandwich I ordered?" She shot back, "I am not selling you anything, you should have said something earlier and not eaten so much before complaining." After she disappeared inside the people at the table next to me laughed out loud, and told me that I was punished because I didn't order the Schnitzl. This German lady could learn something from the Chinese saying: "If you can't smile you shouldn't open a store."

Be careful in this neighborhood at night. Nice little bar that serves food. Food was just ok. Our waitress was sweet and...friendly. The entertainer the evening we were there was...Jacqie Q... a transgender karaoke fellow. Sings and dances too. Would not be a place to bring our guests or the kids. Not really a german restaurant...but more of a bar that serves some german food. The German beers were fabulous....and on tap.

Great beer selection; about 15 on tap and many more in the bottle. The schnitzel is great, and the service is always super friendly and efficient. The addition of music events on the weekends is fantastic - even more reason to visit!

I'm not sure how the food is since I only have consumed alcohol here. It's cheap and a great place to get together if there is a large crowd involved. It must be German beer or the franks that people rave about here that keeps this place going.

I love the feel of this place. It's a near perfect mix of bar and restaurant. The food is authentic. The owners, cook, and waitress are Germans, which adds a lot to the ambiance and genuine feel of this little place stuck in the midst of downtown Lake Worth. We love the hot pretzels. If you love German food like I do, you'll be a fan as well. The only downside is that I wish they had better German beers. I'm not a fan of those they have on tap. Otherwise, I give this place two thumbs up if you are looking for a hearty meal or just a good time. Try to go when they have live German music. After a few beers you'll be singing along even if you don't speak German!

I'm giving this place 4 stars because it's one of the only German restaurants in the area. Their sausages are really good. They have a nice beer selection. The outdoor seating is nice. I think this is the best place in downtown Lake Worth.
